We bring dealer-level diagnostic equipment to your driveway in Al Malqa, Hittin, Al Nakheel or the Diplomatic Quarter. The car stays where it is, and nothing gets pushed out onto a public street.

Owning a German or British luxury car in Riyadh usually means two problems at once. The first is the car: layered electronics, air suspension, adaptive dampers, modules that need coding rather than spanners. The second is the process — booking a slot weeks out, sending the car away for a week, then reading a bill for work nobody showed you. We deal with the second problem by coming to the car. Our technicians carry manufacturer-level scan tools, so the fault gets read properly on your own driveway while you watch.

We work on Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Land Rover and Lexus, including the Range Rover and Cayenne platforms that share components across models. That covers battery registration and coding, air suspension faults, oil and filter service to the correct specification, brake work on large multi-piston calipers, cooling system repairs and electrical diagnosis. We are not an authorised dealer and we never pretend to be. What we bring is more than fifteen years of hands-on work on these cars, at your address, at a time you choose.

What at-home luxury service actually involves

A visit starts with a conversation and a scan, not a parts list. We connect to every module the car has — engine, transmission, suspension, body, comfort, driver assistance — and read stored and pending faults together with freeze-frame data. On a Mercedes showing a suspension warning, that tells us whether the problem sits in a level sensor, the valve block, the compressor or an air spring itself. You hear what the codes say, in plain words, before a single bolt is loosened or a part is ordered.

Then we divide the job honestly. Suspension compressors, valve blocks, air springs on many models, batteries with registration, sensors, ignition coils, thermostats, discs and pads, alternators and starters are all realistic driveway work. Timing chains, gearbox internals, head gaskets, bodywork and anything needing a two-post lift and a full teardown are not. For those we tell you straight, hand over the diagnosis in writing, and can flatbed the car to a workshop or to your dealer if that is what you decide to do.

Signs your luxury car needs looking at

  • The car sits low or lopsided in the morning and rises slowly, or a suspension fault message appears on the dash.
  • A compressor keeps running under the car after you unlock it, or you hear it cycling while the car is parked.
  • Warning messages arrive in a group after a weak battery — parking sensors, camera, start-stop and lane assist all complain at once.
  • The engine hesitates or shudders when pulling away from a junction, then clears once everything is warm.
  • Air conditioning blows cold on one side of the cabin and warm on the other, or the fan speed changes on its own.
  • A knock or creak from the front over compound speed bumps, worse when the steering is turned.
  • The brake pedal shudders when slowing from highway speed, or the dash reports pad wear you cannot verify.
  • The car will not start after standing for a week, even though it drove perfectly before it was parked.

What the technician does at your address

  • Full multi-module scan with manufacturer-level software, including pending and history codes, not just a generic OBD read.
  • Live data checks with the engine running — ride height sensors, pressure sensors, fuel trims, coolant and gearbox temperatures.
  • Battery and charging system test under load, plus battery registration or coding after any replacement.
  • Inspection of air springs, bellows, dampers, bushes and mounts, with the car jacked on proper pads where the ground allows.
  • Fluid level and condition checks: engine oil, coolant, brake fluid and power steering fluid where fitted.
  • Wheel and tyre inspection for kerb strikes, low-profile sidewall damage, uneven wear and correct cold pressures.
  • The repair itself wherever it can be done safely on site, using parts that meet the maker's specification.
  • Adaptations, calibrations and resets after the work — service counters, throttle adaptation, suspension calibration.
  • A written summary of every code found, what we replaced, and what we recommend keeping an eye on.

Why Riyadh is hard on luxury cars

Air suspension is the system Riyadh kills first. The compressor draws air from the environment, and here the environment is 48°C and full of fine sand. The desiccant dryer saturates, moisture and grit reach the valve block, and the compressor runs longer and longer to hold height until the thermal cutout trips. Owners in Al Malqa and Hittin describe the same pattern every year: perfect in winter, sagging by June. Replacing one air spring without servicing the dryer and checking compressor run time only buys you another summer.

Heat also cooks batteries. An AGM battery that lasts five years in Europe often gives three here, and on these cars a flat battery is not just a no-start — modules lose their learned values and throw a dashboard full of faults that clear only after registration and coding. Then there are the roads: speed bumps in villa compounds, kerbs along Olaya Street, and expansion joints on the Northern Ring Road. Low cars on 20- and 21-inch wheels feed that load into bushes, bearings and rims, because there is almost no sidewall to absorb it.

Transparent pricing — agreed before we start

We quote before we start. The technician reads the fault, checks what the parts cost, and tells you the number for labour and parts separately while standing next to your car. If a component has to be sourced, we tell you what we can get, what it will cost and how long it takes to arrive. You decide whether to go ahead. Nothing is opened, ordered or replaced on a guess, and no line item appears on the bill after the work has already begun.

Then that figure stands. Nothing is added to it while the work is going on, and you settle by cash, card or bank transfer, whichever suits you. If the diagnosis shows the job genuinely belongs in a workshop with a lift, you pay for the diagnostic visit and nothing else, and we tell you plainly what to ask that workshop for. Being #1 in price and service in Riyadh only works if the number you hear at the start is the only number you ever see.

Luxury Car Specialists — by car brand

We carry the tools and data for the marques Riyadh actually drives.

Luxury Car Specialists — questions we get

Yes, and most of our luxury work happens exactly there. A villa driveway or a compound parking bay is ideal: flat, private and often shaded. Basement car parks are fine too as long as the technician can reach the level with his kit. Tell us the building and the level when you call, and if the ceiling is too low to jack the car safely we will say so before we come out.

We aim for around 10 minutes to most Riyadh addresses, and that holds for Al Malqa, Hittin, Al Nakheel and the Diplomatic Quarter outside peak hours. On King Fahd Road at five in the afternoon, or where gate checks take time, add a little. When you call we give you a realistic arrival window rather than an optimistic one, and the technician phones again when he is close.

Yes. We carry manufacturer-level software for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, Land Rover and Lexus, not a generic code reader. That is the difference between the words engine fault and knowing which injector is out of range. It also lets us register and code batteries, run calibrations, and reset service and adaptation values so the car stops flagging work that has already been done.

We are independent, not an authorised dealer. If your car is still inside its manufacturer warranty, ask the dealer before we touch anything the warranty covers. Many luxury owners call us for the diagnosis alone, so they know exactly what the dealer is about to quote for and why. When the dealer is genuinely the better route for your car, we will tell you that.

Often, yes. Compressors, relays, valve blocks, height sensors and many air springs are driveway jobs when the car can be lifted safely on level ground. What we will not do is lift a low car on a sloped driveway or on soft summer asphalt. If the fault turns out to be inside a strut assembly that needs a two-post lift, we say so and arrange transport instead of improvising.

That is why we use a flatbed with extended ramps and wooden blocks rather than a hook truck. The bed tilts, the ramps flatten the approach angle, and the car is winched up slowly with a spotter watching the front splitter. Lowered saloons, 911s and AMG bumpers all load without contact when it is done patiently. If a car genuinely will not clear, we tell you before loading.

We work 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Fridays, Ramadan and Eid. Night visits are popular with owners who prefer their car worked on quietly, and Riyadh is far cooler at one in the morning, which makes some jobs easier and safer for the parts involved. Lighting is not a problem — the technician brings his own.
