24/7 Roadside Assistance in Riyadh

One number for any car that has stopped in Riyadh. We arrive with a booster, tyre kit, coolant, fuel and a diagnostic scanner, and fix the fault where the car stands whenever that is possible.

[ LIVE 24/7 ·IN RIYADH IN ~10 MIN ·PRICE AGREED FIRST ]

Roadside assistance means one call and one van that can actually fix the problem where you stopped. Most Riyadh breakdowns come down to five faults: a dead battery, a flat tyre, an overheating engine, a no-start with a warning light, or a car that has run dry of fuel. All five are jobs we finish at the side of the road. The technician arrives with a booster pack, a tyre kit, coolant, fuel and a diagnostic scanner, so you are not waiting on a second vehicle before anything happens.

We answer at any hour — three in the morning, Friday afternoon, the middle of Ramadan or the Eid holiday. Response is around 10 minutes to most Riyadh addresses. Tell us where you are, what the car is doing and whether you are stopped in a live traffic lane, and we will tell you on the phone whether to stay with the vehicle or get behind the barrier. If the fault genuinely needs a workshop, we say so and put the car on a flatbed instead of wasting your night.

What roadside assistance actually includes

Roadside assistance starts with triage, not tools. The technician makes the scene safe first — hazards on, warning triangle out, everybody away from the traffic side of the car — then works through the eliminations in order: does it crank, does it fire, is there fuel, is the temperature gauge up, is a tyre down, is a fault code stored. A scan tool reads the codes and the freeze-frame data on the spot, which is what separates a real diagnosis from a guess made in the dark.

Most of what stops a car in Riyadh is fixable where it stopped. Batteries, tyres, coolant loss, blown fuses and relays, a corroded earth point, a failed fuel pump relay, an empty tank — all roadside work. Some things are not: a snapped timing belt, a seized engine, gearbox failure, a head gasket, brake hydraulics that need bleeding on a lift, or accident damage. When it is one of those, we tell you at the car rather than dismantling half of it on the hard shoulder, and we load the vehicle onto a flatbed.

When to stop driving and call

  • The engine cut out while you were driving and will not restart
  • The temperature needle is in the red, or there is steam and a sweet smell from the bonnet
  • The whole dashboard lit up at once and the steering suddenly went heavy
  • You turn the key or press start and get nothing — no crank, no click, no dash lights
  • A loud bang followed by flapping and the car pulling hard to one side
  • A strong smell of petrol, burning rubber or hot oil reaching the cabin
  • The car will not come out of Park, or the gear selector feels dead in your hand
  • The red oil pressure or brake warning lamp came on and stayed on

What the roadside visit covers

  • Making the scene safe: hazards, warning triangle, and getting passengers away from live traffic
  • Battery load test and jumpstart, plus a check of whether the alternator is actually charging
  • Flat tyre plugged or the spare fitted, pressures set and wheel nuts torqued
  • Coolant level and system pressure check, controlled top-up, and a search for the leak that emptied it
  • Fault codes read with a scan tool and explained in plain language before anything is replaced
  • Fuses, relays, earth points and main connectors checked on a no-start or electrical failure
  • Fuel delivered if the tank has run dry, and the system primed if it has drawn air
  • Belts, hoses, clamps and visible leaks inspected before you drive away
  • Flatbed recovery arranged when the fault genuinely needs a workshop

Breaking down on a Riyadh ring road

The Northern and Eastern Ring Roads are the most dangerous places to stop in the city. Traffic moves at 100 to 120 km/h, the right lane is often treated as a running lane, and drivers leaving at speed are not looking for a stationary car. If the vehicle can still move, get past the exit ramp and onto a service road before you stop. If it cannot, keep the hazards on, get every passenger out through the doors on the side away from traffic, and stand well behind the barrier — never between your car and oncoming traffic.

Heat changes the priority in summer. At 48°C the inside of a stationary car climbs fast, so the people matter before the vehicle: shade, water, out of the sun. Riyadh’s breakdown pattern follows the climate too — batteries cooked by under-bonnet heat, cooling systems that survive motorway speed then boil during a long idle in traffic, radiator fins packed with dust, and tyres that let go on hot asphalt. In winter, cold January mornings expose weak batteries and thick oil. We stock for all of it.

Transparent pricing — agreed before we start

You get a price on the phone for the call-out and the diagnosis before anyone moves, based on where you are and what the car is doing. Parts are quoted separately once the technician has actually seen the fault, so you are never agreeing to an open-ended bill in the dark. If the job turns out to be bigger than roadside work — a genuine workshop repair — we tell you what it is, quote the recovery, and you decide what happens next.

The price is agreed before we start, every time. Whether the car runs again or is safely loaded and on its way, you settle the same figure you approved — cash, card or bank transfer. The night rate is the day rate: there is no surcharge because it is three in the morning, a Friday, or the middle of Eid. If we cannot repair the fault at the roadside and you would rather not go ahead with recovery, you are told before any work starts rather than after.

24/7 Roadside Help — by car brand

We carry the tools and data for the marques Riyadh actually drives.

24/7 Roadside Help — questions we get

Around 10 minutes to most Riyadh addresses. Peak traffic on King Fahd Road, Olaya Street or the ring roads can add a few minutes, and so can a location deep inside a compound. Send a WhatsApp location pin instead of describing the street, and tell us the direction of travel and the nearest exit so the technician approaches from the correct side.

Yes. The line is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Friday, every night of Ramadan and the whole Eid holiday. That is when most breakdowns happen and when almost every workshop in Riyadh is shut. The rate does not change at night or on a holiday. Call or WhatsApp the same number in Arabic or English.

Yes, and we do it daily. The van carries the tools, the battery stock, the tyre kit and the scanner, so nothing depends on a workshop lift. For basements and towers, give the building name, the parking level and the bay number. For compounds, tell us the gate you are nearest to and inform security that a technician is on the way.

Hazards on straight away. Get everyone out through the doors on the side away from traffic and stand behind the barrier, well back from the car — not in front of it and not between it and the traffic. Put the warning triangle out if you have one and it is safe to walk. In summer, get into shade and drink water while you wait.

Yes. We read the stored fault codes and freeze-frame data with a scan tool at your location and explain what they actually mean. A code names the circuit, not the broken part, so we test the sensor, wiring and earth before condemning anything. You get told whether it is safe to drive, whether it can be fixed there, or whether it needs a workshop.

Then we stop and say so. Internal engine damage, a seized engine, a snapped timing belt, gearbox failure and accident damage are not roadside jobs, and taking a car apart on the hard shoulder helps nobody. We quote flatbed recovery to the workshop or destination you choose, load the vehicle safely, and hand over the diagnosis so nobody starts from zero.

Yes. We deliver enough fuel to get you moving and to the nearest station. Diesel cars that have run completely dry often draw air into the system and need priming or bleeding before they will start again, and we do that on site. Running dry repeatedly is hard on the fuel pump, so it is worth checking the gauge sender if it keeps happening.

You are quoted for the call-out and diagnosis before we set off, so there is no surprise fee added at the end. Parts and any repair are quoted separately once the technician has seen the car. Nothing is added to the figure you approved once the job is under way, and you settle by cash, card or bank transfer, whichever is easiest for you.
