Mobile Porsche Repair in Riyadh
Your Porsche stays where it is — a villa driveway in Hittin, a compound bay in Al Nakheel, a tower basement off King Fahd Road. We arrive with manufacturer-level diagnostics, work carefully, and you hear the price before any work begins.
Most Porsche work in Riyadh is not dramatic. It is a Cayenne losing coolant, a Macan juddering in a tight turn out of a car park, a Panamera that sits low overnight, or a 911 that has been in a basement for three weeks and now will not wake up. None of those need the car to disappear for a fortnight. They need someone with the right scan tool, the right jacking points and the patience to work slowly on a car where a careless trolley jack costs more than the repair.
We service Cayenne, Macan, Panamera, 911, 718 Cayman and Boxster, and Taycan. That covers PASM and air suspension diagnosis, compressors and air springs, cooling system leaks, batteries with coding, brakes on large multi-piston calipers, electrical faults, wheels and low-profile tyres, and service work to the correct specification. We are an independent mobile workshop. We are not an authorised Porsche dealer and we are not affiliated with the manufacturer — what we bring is fifteen-plus years on these cars, at your address, at any hour.
How Porsches are actually used in Riyadh
Cayenne and Macan are daily cars here, not weekend cars. They do school runs, Takhassusi Street traffic and airport trips with the air conditioning at full load, which means a lot of short journeys, a lot of idling and a lot of heat soak in the engine bay with almost no airflow. That is exactly the duty cycle that finds ageing coolant pipes, thermostat housings and water pump seals, and it is why a Cayenne can lose coolant steadily without ever leaving a puddle on the driveway — most of it evaporates before it reaches the ground. The 911, 718 and many Panameras live the opposite life: driven in the evening, garaged for weeks, and flattening their batteries while dozens of modules sit and sip current.
Then there is the ground under the car. Compound speed bumps, steep ramps into tower basements and kerbs along Olaya Street are unforgiving to a low front lip, and 20- and 21-inch wheels with almost no sidewall pass every impact straight into the rim, the bearing and the bush. Riyadh heat also cooks brake fluid and tyres faster than owners expect, and cars that mostly do short trips never get their brakes hot enough to clean the discs, so a shudder appears under braking from highway speed. None of this means the car is fragile. It means the maintenance items that matter here are cooling, suspension, battery and tyres, in that order.
Common Porsche faults we fix in Riyadh
- The car sitting noticeably low after standing overnight, or a chassis message on start-up, with the air suspension compressor running far longer than it should before the body comes back up to height.
- Coolant level dropping on Cayenne and Panamera without a visible leak, where ageing plastic coolant pipes, the thermostat housing and the water pump seal are the usual sources and the first sign is a sweet smell after parking.
- A judder or binding feeling from a Cayenne or Macan during tight low-speed manoeuvres, such as a multi-storey car park ramp, which points at the transfer case rather than the tyres.
- A car that will not wake after two or three weeks parked in a basement, because heat and a long list of modules drain an AGM battery that was already weakened by a Riyadh summer.
- Low-speed hesitation or shudder from a PDK gearbox pulling away, usually clutch adaptation values that have drifted and sometimes something that needs a proper transmission specialist.
- Kerbed rims, split low-profile sidewalls and repeated tyre pressure warnings after speed bumps and steep basement ramps, made worse by pressures that were set cold and never rechecked.
- Brake shudder through the pedal when slowing from highway speed on the Northern Ring Road, from discs that never get used hard enough on short trips to clean themselves.
- Clicking behind the dashboard with one side of the cabin cooler than the other, which is an air conditioning blend flap actuator rather than a refrigerant problem.
Why Porsche owners in Riyadh call us
- Ground clearance is the first thing we plan for. Our flatbed carries extended low-angle ramps and wooden blocks, and where the car has air suspension we raise it into its high setting before loading, with a spotter watching the front lip the whole way up.
- We use manufacturer-level Porsche diagnostic software with guided fault finding, which reads chassis, PDK, comfort and assistance modules and lets us run adaptations and calibrations rather than just clearing a light.
- Lift points matter on these cars. Our technicians carry the correct jacking pads and use the designated points, so nothing gets lifted on a sill, a side skirt or a plastic undertray.
- Battery replacement is done with coding, not just a new battery dropped in, so the charging strategy matches the type fitted and the car stops throwing comfort and assistance faults a week later.
- We come to basement car parks and gated compounds, and we work at night if you would rather your car was not out in the sun or in front of the whole compound at midday.
- We divide the work honestly: suspension, cooling, brakes, batteries, sensors and electrics at your address; engine-out work and gearbox internals to a proper workshop, with the diagnosis written down before you go.
What a Porsche needs from a diagnostic session
A generic OBD reader on a Cayenne tells you the engine is unhappy and nothing more. Porsche puts the useful information in the guided procedures: actual versus specified ride height per corner, compressor run time and pressure in the reservoir, PDK clutch adaptation values, brake pad wear reported by the sensors, coolant and gearbox temperatures under load, and misfire counters per cylinder. We connect with manufacturer-level software, read every module, and go through the guided fault finding the way it was intended, so the answer is a specific component rather than a system name. You hear what it found in plain words before anything is unbolted.
Plenty follows on site: air suspension calibration and ride height reference setting, battery replacement with coding, service interval and adaptation resets, throttle and PDK adaptation resets, TPMS relearn, refrigerant leak testing and recharge, brake and suspension work where the ground is level and the car can be lifted safely. The honest limits are worth stating too. Some software updates and control unit replacements need a live online session on the maker's own system, which is dealer territory, and engine-out work, PDK internals and anything requiring a two-post lift belong in a workshop. When that is the case we tell you first, give you the fault report in writing, and move the car on our flatbed rather than let you drive it.

Where we service Porsche in Riyadh
Porsche repair in Riyadh — FAQs
No. We are an independent mobile repair service with no affiliation to Porsche, and we do not describe ourselves otherwise. The marque name is used here only to describe the cars we service. What we bring is manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment, more than fifteen years working on these platforms, and a technician who comes to your address in Riyadh at any hour, day or night.
If the car is inside its factory warranty, speak to the dealer before we touch anything the warranty covers, because independent work on a covered part can complicate a claim. A lot of owners call us only for the diagnosis, so they know exactly which fault is stored before they book. If the dealer is genuinely the right place for your car, we will say so rather than take the job.
That is why we send a flatbed with extended ramps rather than a hook truck. The bed tilts, the ramps flatten the approach angle, wooden blocks lift the contact point, and the car is winched up slowly while a spotter watches the splitter. On cars with air suspension we raise the ride height first. If a car genuinely will not clear, we tell you before loading rather than after.
Often, yes. Compressors, dryers, valve blocks, height sensors, relays and many air springs are realistic on level ground with proper jacking pads at the correct lift points, and we recalibrate ride height afterwards. What we will not do is lift a low car on a sloping driveway or on softened summer asphalt. If the fault is inside a strut assembly needing a two-post lift, we say so and arrange transport.
We come to the basement or the garage, test the battery and charging system under load, and check for a parasitic drain rather than just jump-starting it and leaving. If the battery is finished we fit the correct AGM type and code it, then clear the comfort and assistance faults that low voltage triggered. If a module is holding the car awake, we identify it and tell you what it will take to fix.
We aim for around 10 minutes to most Riyadh addresses, and Hittin, Al Malqa, Al Nakheel and the Diplomatic Quarter are all normal ground for us. We work 24 hours, seven days a week, including Fridays, Ramadan and Eid. Night visits are popular with Porsche owners who prefer their car worked on quietly and out of the heat. The technician brings his own lighting.
